Engagements scope to the problem. Most start with a short advisory session; from there we shape the right format. Pricing is scoped per engagement — reach out with what you're solving and you'll get a clear quote.
Remote delivery is available globally. Onsite workshops, discovery, implementation, and executive advisory engagements are available by arrangement, with professional fees, travel time, and travel expenses quoted and approved separately.
