As reviewed August 16, 2026, the published planning terms are a 90-Day Advisory Pilot at $20,000 for up to 20 named users, followed—only if results and diligence are accepted—by a Annual Plant License at $60,000 for one plant and 20 named users. Additional annual users are $1,500 each. Final executed agreements control.
What is live, and what is still in development?
CementOps.com, the invite-only CementOps.ai advisory platform, the public CementOps.io knowledge layer, MSHAIntel, and this founder site are live public surfaces. Customer-specific enterprise identity, knowledge, administration, automated ingestion, partner workflows, and system integration are controlled development paths unless a public accepted deployment is specifically identified. Private build or test validation is not customer or production acceptance.
How is CementOps different from a general-purpose chatbot?
CementOps is organized around cement roles, terminology, workflows, source boundaries, missing-fact detection, escalation, and qualified human review. The difference is specialized context and workflow structure—not infallibility or autonomous authority.
